Conference 2009

The Northwest Arkansas High School Leadership Conference is back for its fifth year! We have been working extremely hard since last year's conference. We have spent many hours talking with your students and asking what it is that they would like to see. Based upon their feedback, this year's theme is Conflict Resolution: Having a High Impact Team. Students will learn how to work together and break down differences to achieve results. We have partnered this year with a company called Performance Insights who will be leading your students through initiatives and activities in a program they call "Improve through Improv." This is an interactive and laugh-out-loud experience where your students get to be the stars. In addition, students will also have the opportunity to hear from two world class speakers that will give them a deeper understanding of what true conflict resolution looks like in action.
